I specialize in supporting multi-institutional, multi-million-dollar, multi-principal investigator proposal teams. Hourly contracts provide targeted support. The retainer model can include support for proposal-specific and program-specific engagements.

Whether it's a challenging proposal, a specific question that requires research, a career crossroads, or the need to quickly upskill, I offer an accessible and trusted resource for both faculty and staff.

Hourly Consultation

Consulting packages can be tailored to your needs. They are flexible to provide any type of support for individuals or groups. Topics include: proposal strategy and rescue, career design, partnership planning, and collaborator strategizing. Every engagement includes up to one hour of initial consultation for no charge. An estimate of project hours is provided as a follow-up to the initial consultation.

Proposals

$125/ hour

I provide proposal review services as an individual or as a member of a review team. A written summary of prioritized recommendations is included.

Verbal Debriefs

$250/ hour

Debriefs provide additional clarity and context around recommendations.

Individual

$250/ hour

On-demand, topic-agnostic consultations enable targeted discussions on research opportunities at the individual or unit level.

Specialty Reports

$200/ hour

Contextualizing and interpreting data is critical for informed decision-making at all levels of an institution. I ensure that the reports I produce are relevant and accurate, designed with the client's objectives in mind. Specialty reports may include funding program or sponsor analysis and internal program assessment.

Retainer

This package provides "on-demand" consulting time across a variety of topics or long-range funding opportunity development. This option is ideal for teams or cohorts, i.e., faculty in a discipline or level considering a program, faculty teams actively developing a concept for funding, writing cohort programs, and emerging research development offices. This option is easily negotiated and implemented at the university, department, and college levels.

Use up to 40 hours of consulting time however you would like. Packages are negotiable.
